We examine and treat different pulmonary diseases, such as respiratory insufficiency, tuberculosis and sleep apnoea.
We admit patients
- by a referral
- from the emergency room
- for scheduled check-ups
A daily inpatient fee or a clinic fee is collected, depending on the visit. See
client fees.
Visiting hours
Mon to Sun 1 pm to 7 pm. There are special restrictions for visitors in the isolation rooms. Ask the nurse for instructions before entering an isolation room. We do not recommend children visiting isolation rooms.
Facilities
We have 21 beds in our ward. There are single or double rooms, and they are all equipped with a toilet and a bathroom. There is a locker for personal belongings for each patient, however, we do not recommend bringing large amounts of cash. Every room has a TV, and there's a DVD player in some of the rooms. Usage of your mobile phone is permitted, but you are welcome to use our landline as well.
All beds are equipped with telemonitoring systems.
There is also a 2 bed unit for patients needing more sophisticated monitoring.
Our staff is especially trained for treatment of respiratory insufficiency with non-invasive ventilation (or respiratory support).
