The main entrance to the Emergency services in Turku has the number 18O. Motion sensors open the doors.

Our service point is located in the entry hall, immediately after the main entrance. Register yourself at the service point. The personnel will check your ID and contact information. From there you will be guided to be seated in the waiting area. You will get a queuing number and when it’s you turn, a nurse will call you and your need for care will be checked.

Proper hand hygiene is crucial. You will find facilities for washing your hands and disinfectant dispensers are at your disposal in the waiting areas.
